Vivian Regina (South Africa) is a leading developer and producer of long-fibre, chemically resistant, glass-fiber tissues and veils for composites industries, namely Glass Reinforced Polymers (GRP), Building Applications, and Specialized Anti-corrosion (Protective) Applications segments. Through its international subsidiary operations and key commerce, trade and development partnerships, Vivian Regina's products global reach will continue to strengthen. A program of continuous technical improvement ensures that the highest manufacturing standards are maintained by stringent quality controls driven by the successful implementation of the TUV certified ISO 9001-2008 Quality Management System. Vivian Regina (Pty) Ltd. was established in Johannesburg in 1963 by the BBA Group, of England, and South African company JH Vivian & Co. Limited, to manufacture specialized glass-fiber products. Vivian Regina Marketing (Pty) Ltd a wholly owned subsidiary of Vivian Regina (Pty) Ltd was established in 1967 and has been located at its current site, Springs, since 1969. Iberian Management Services Group, a European, privately held company took over the ownership of all Vivian Regina interests from JSE listed HUDACO Group in 2004.
