BARRAMESH is used as a reinforcement to cement plaster screeds and other coating compounds of a similar nature made up of resins and power fillers. It reinforces the screeds against the formation of haircracks, thus preventing the ingression of moisture and other weathering forces into the surface and substrate. As a result, BARRAMESH prevents the lifting of the coating or screed from the substrate. A typical application for BARRAMESH is the reinforcement of the surface screed of tennis courts.
