FIBAMAT is used in lead acid accumulator batteries to separate the plates and to retain the paste in the plate grids which may otherwise be dislodged by impact or vibration under normal operating conditions. FIBAMAT is supplied either in roll form or chopped to size to the particular battery maker's specifications.
